Mattel tasked us with creating a cinema spot to introduce their range of toys for the new Toy Story 4 film in a way that would appeal to both adults and children and a storyline that would put the toys at the heart of the narrative and feel authentic. I came up with the idea to test the central premise of the Toy Story films: toys coming to life when their owners aren't looking.

Below is the resulting cinema spot that ran before Toy Story 4 in cinemas and a behind the scenes clip.
